Barby's Hot Crab Dip

I always loved this dip which would come out at parties. Serve with your favorite crackers.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can of king crab, drained
- ½ teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- ½ c almonds, toasted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F
- Combine all ingredients except almonds and place in a casserole dish.
- Top with almonds.
- Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot, with crackers for dipping and spreading.

My Take
You can take the flavor and kick of this tasty dip up a notch by doubling or tripling the horseradish, onion, and using fresh cracked black pepper. Shake in some crushed red pepper flakes and a little Old Bay for some extra heat.
